What's on your desk right now?

Todays haul.. I should say mostly today’s haul.

The Sharbo I bought some time ago.. not knowing there were no internals. So Amazon just showed up today with the ink and .5 Mechanical pencil add on. Weird cool multi pen.

The Promecha were bought and handled only through plastic pencil protectors.. and my goodness. I feel like a pencil snob. They… aren’t great. Grip feels burry, black o ring grip already is showing sign of decaying, the pencils super rattly, the clips on all of them aren’t straight, the stickers on the top dont sit flush with the cap. I think this is the first time ive ever complained about a Mechanical pencil this much.

And I haven’t messed with the Ohto no noc. But my daughter picked it out for me. No idea why she gravitated towards this particular pencil…

It’s pretty nice honestly

The Sharbo looks like a lightsaber. Just in time for May the Fourth!

Yes, that’s Promecha, and the concept is good but poorly executed.

I’ve accumulated quite a few Korean Pilots now and have a few extras for trades. It seems there are so many more to go.

Even just perusing old posts in this thread I discovered one from @drifand that I had never seen before. No record of it on the Korean web ecosystem either. Is there any chance to see some pics of the sticker on the Pilot crystal cap action you posted back in October of 2024?

I guess Pilot Korea must have exported to foreign markets to some degree.

Awesome pentel collection! Can you post some close ups of the brown Eleven?

Happy Star Wars Day everyone! My wife gifted me a pack of LEGO Star Wars 0.7 gel pens a few years ago. They generally stay on my desk at work but I figured they would be quite appropriate for May the Fourth. They are simply the LEGO minifigure lightsaber scaled up to the size of a pen. The hilt acts as a cap revealing the tip. I am carrying the black one as it is my go-to pen ink color and, arguably, the coolest lightsaber color.

May the Fourth be with you, always.

How is that white Pilot, I think it’s called Saturn?

My top five in the ”looking like a lightsaber”-category.

Here it is.

As it’s a used item, the front part has darkened a little.

I love the machined look and the use of hardware! Here is my “looks like a lightsaber” category. They are mostly machined pens.

That’s correct! It’s decent. Just your standard cap knock.

what!! :exploding_head:This is the color for this 0.5mm pencil. It looks amazing! I need it. Would you trade it? (@pearsonified will say red but we know that the right color for 0.5 is brown)

Irreversible ISO brainwashing. Sad!

Thanks! I love that Pentel used that speckled brown. Wish they would have made the green 11 with the same green they used for their lead cases. So cool, can’t wait to get my hands on one.

Also this is a fantastic body for the Pilot Juice Up refill!

On the hunt for clear mech pencils. Currently I’m looking for the Tsutaya limited PG1005 and an clear white S3. Please tell me if there are any more that are currently in production while being aesthetically pleasing.

I also managed to find a Korea limited PG1005 color that was sold out on the internet extremely fast.

The Ain gacha is brutal. I have seen posts and videos of people buy 20 of these and not get a single diamond-colored lead case. I bought three packs trying out my luck but obviously didn’t get any.
