What's on your desk right now?

Tombow’s Mono pattern does nothing for me, I don’t understand why you would think otherwise.

That PG15 looks like its mint! Congrats on getting one. I love your old Kerrys too!
What is that between the PMG and the H-1095?

Yes @DarkwingDuck congrats. And I can’t say I’m sorry that I’m contagiously fiscally irresponsible, seeing that PG15 in the lineup.

Honestly, my least regretted expensive piece so far….
I “regret” none because I definitely spend enough time weighing the irresponsibility factor but this one, I’m very happy with!
The Louis Vuitton is actually quite phenomenal. It twists the tip out like an Itala and then you can feed the lead through push, but most surprising is how tiny it is!
I have a gold one still sitting in storage too. I got both for less than $35 each.

Even MORE surprising is it’s actually a cassette pencil and comes with an additional cassette. It’s an all in one cassette with a tip that is sealed. I initially thought it was a ballpoint refill but it isn’t. It does resemble a ballpoint refill exactly though.

The LV ‘Stylo’ is tiny coz it was designed to be accessorized with an LV branded agenda/mini diary. The grid lines are part of LV’s branding associated with ‘travel stories’, a callback to the Easting and Northing lines on a map (similar rationale for the design of the twist knob on Pilot Raiz series).

I didn’t know or think to research any of that.
Very interesting though. Definitely a purchase I’m very happy with. I couldn’t pass on an auction of the silver one that seemed like it was going to go low.

Nice pencils!! I’m waiting for my Kerry to arrive. Never seen that Boxy, how is the writing feel? Finally, when will the sticker of the PG15 come off?

I had never seen the BOXY before either. It reminded me of the shark bite 2020 that I have and I bought it instantly. I thought it also had a rubberized body but it doesn’t.
It is roughly the same width as the shark bite but it is a hard plastic.
It feels good to write with but I don’t think it’ll feel good over long stretches. The design of it is awesome. Apparently there are other colors as well.

As for the sticker… I paid an extra $40 roughly for that sticker, and an extra $10 on top of that because it’s literally as perfect as I’ve seen.
I specifically drooled over this one for too long because of its level of perfection….
The sticker stays!

I’ve been trying to find the Tombow Mono Graph Zero 0.5 at a reasonable price for a while, but I usually only see the 0.3 available.

Mercari Japan is the best place for these things.
If you’re up to using a proxy like zen market then you can get deal after deal

Congrats on the first first PG2003! Now, you only need to remove the sticker in the 1505 and 1804 to make them all prettier and similar
