Is that the box these came in?
The box text translation is correct, and Gutsherrschaft means “Lord of the manor”.
I guess we have to leave it as a mystery. All the text is German, but I am not aware of anything related to a “Gutsherrschaft” which can be celebrated by a Pentel Kerry edition in DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). And on the pencil it’s written “15th”, so English ordinal number …

it was for celebrating the japanese singer 椎名林檎 ( Sheena Ringo) debut 15th yr
Since the name Ringo (prounce: Lingo) is similar to Apple in Japanese, she is often referred to the “Apple Queen”. That’s why the box and the pencil were printed with Apples
