Hi, just wanted to let you know a photo contest is held by Newman with a $250 prize.
Conditions:
- Follow the Newman account
- Quote-Retweet the linked post with #ニューマンシャープペンシル and a photo themed around stationery.
- It does not have to be Newman-related stationery
- It is not clear if foreigners are allowed to enter
- Submit by April 30th
Since many of you like japanese mechanical pencils and taking images, I thought I should share so nobody misses it.

I wish I wasn’t feeling so lazy haha! It takes a whole afternoon laying out my Newmans the last time I tried… But it might be worthwhile since I do have a couple of new ones added. Gotta commit!

I think of these as the “Wedding” model now. Daisuke posted that when his mother got married, a batch of these pencils (some in pink/red) were engraved with gold commemorative text and gifted to guests…
