I don’t know if this will get any traction, but I thought it might be a fun little diversion to have a game whereby someone posts a photo of a partial view of a mechanical pencil without any branding visible… and then people guess what it is. Given how very familiar many folks here are about writing instruments, this may be way too easy. But, it doesn’t have to be an assembled shot–you can take a part out and post it.
Here’s my first stab at this. What do think is the brand / model?

Looks like a MUJI demonstrator low center tip but it has like a Sanford or Skilcraft rubber body

That sanded metal tip somewhat reminds me of Lamy, but I doubt they ever made such a drafting-oriented model. Also, I don’t know whether that black barrel is covered with rubber, or it is brushed metal as well.
Is it a 0.9 perhaps? If it is a 0.5, I think the pencil overall needs be pretty slim, given the proportions I can guess from the picture.
Good guess, but it’s not a franken-pencil or any part made by MUJI.

You have a keen eye, Leonov. You’re right, that it’s larger than a 0.5 mm. In actuality, it is 0.7 mm.
Is it some cheap pencil by like Mr Pen?
Nope. Although I do not know the price. It does have a sticker, but only the brand and lead size. I’m guessing it’s somewhere in the range of ¥500 ~ ¥800.
I don’t like this game anymore. I’m stumped.
