Hi chaps. Just an update - no shipping confirmation from Manufactum as of yet (they did say 7 - 12 working days). Should I not receive said confirmation by Tuesday, I’ll phone their customer service and query it.

I think i see what the delay is:
First screenshot - the brass is listed as ‘order received’, whereas the other versions are listed as ‘being prepared for delivery’.
Second screenshot - the actual product page for the brass. The highlighted bit means ‘deliverable at the beginning of August. Available for order’.
In other words, the brass has been temporarily out of stock. It was not like that when i ordered, so i’ll still phone them and query this.

This kind of supports my suspicion. Manufactum provides a quantity dropdown and it’s pretty much “whatever you want.” It is NOT indicative of current inventory. So, there may be an inventory replenishment going on causing the delay.
I love my brass Manufactum Druckbleistift. I probably should’ve ordered a 2nd one. 
I’m pretty sure everyone who has ordered one of these pencils is going to be impressed once in hand.

I phoned Manufactum. Of course, the nice lady who answered the phone couldn’t explain why the delivery has been delayed. She said she’d forward my request on to her colleague who would respond by email, but that it was probably because they have ‘switched to a new ordering process & software’ and some delays are to be expected.
I’m not super worried about the orders arriving (since my previous orders with them have always been fulfilled) but i am somewhat frustrated by the delay, as i’m sure you all are too.
Ideally the package gets to me before August 14th, since i’m taking a short trip to Croatia which will delay the shipping to the States further (upside - i’m going to meet the Rotring Museum guy in person to make a purchase!).
If anyone is getting cold feet and is worried of being scammed ( ), drop me a DM and i’ll return your Paypal funds and then simply return your portion of the order to Manufactum once everything has arrived - no hard feelings <3

A box arrived today. It’s all the Aluminiums and Blacks; so the Brass versions will be delivered in a second shipment. The good news is that they’re officially back in stock on the website, so I guess it won’t be long now.
Who should I address the package to, once everything is here?
