Love that you posted this! The AS V series might be my favorite from Zebra—every piece has a nice heft and feels like a quality instrument.

The AS-X series looks really sharp! The 3 sets of bands reminds me a little of a vintage Newman.
How does the AS-V hold up to the AS-X?

It’s essentially the same except different clip, metal grip and the stripes. I prefer the feel of the plastic grip. These all came in nice little cardboard boxes with a clear cellophane front. The white set was crispy and unopened!
They were all over the place on pricing, but they were all very affordable. Mostly selling for their original price sticker ¥500/¥1000 each.
