I’m looking for the Zebra Tect 2way 0.3 mm in orange (MAS41-OR) but it seems to be sold out.

Does anyone know where to get one?

In case anyone is looking - both JetPens and Amazon have this model.

I’ve never seen a Tect with that cap.

It’s the first tect, no 2 way

So - no shaker mechanism?

I want to say no but I’m going to be honest, I didn’t shake it
I just got 4 of them that day you posted and I took the picture and put them away,
I REALLY like zebra and probably have the most of them than any other brand and I had never seen that model before I bought them. I needed to have them, I’ve been too busy to give them the proper run through.
(Actually I do have quite a few of Pentel P20X body models, Pentel might be the most, now I’ll have to count)

There, in fact, is no shaker!

Actually, the Tect (1way?) came later in 2011. Tect 2way was launched in 2007.

Ohhhhhhh
Thank you…. I shouldn’t have assumed…. I wonder what their reasoning was!
It even looks like an older design, I never would have thought that it came second.

I actually first saw the Tect for sale on China’s Taobao e-mall… so, perhaps it was developed as a low cost model for that market.

That sounds likely

Question about the Tect 2Way - I understand the main body is plastic - with metal elements in the grip / cone. I saw some ‘Limited Edition’ black ones (matte finish) and one retailer referenced that the body was metal “The Zebra Tect 2-Way is back with a limited edition design of its sophisticated metal body!” - can anyone speak to that?

Still the same as ever. Matte black painted plastic upper, down to the gunmetal twist lock, through the clear tinted band that extends down under the metal grip.
