I know this seems like a long shot, but would anyone happen to have one they are willing to let go? It can be used as long as it has a clip and works. Oh and it is for the right price of course lol.

Nice! Thanks.
Worthwhile price varies depending upon condition, if boxed, etc. This one is pretty decent, I think. As for the Scribble itself, I like it. It’s a fun, chunky feel that works. I sure wish LAMY hadn’t discontinued it. It comes only in 0.7mm and 3.15 mm. I get it, not offering in 0.3 mm, but 0.5 mm would’ve been nice. Or even 0.9 mm, since it has more of a drawing vibe to it.
I regret not getting it when it was around. Not really into lead sizes past 0.9mm to be honest. It does look like it will fit nicely with my large hands.
I regret not getting the Scribble black variant(s). That one is stupid expensive now.
Please note that while the Scribble had a nice girth that works well for larger hands, it’s kind of “stubby” in the sense that it’s not a particularly long pencil. In the photo below is my 3.15 mm version, next to some other holders for comparison:
I also want that one in 0.7mm lol.
Edit: Not I am not so sure about getting the scribble at all lol.
Edit 2: May get it after thinking lol.
Edit 3: Finally bought one.
Where’d you pick it up and how much did you pay? Prices tend to float around a bit. If you wait long enough and you’re fast enough when an auction appears, you can get them even below $50 USD (but shape is usually used with some rust).
It was this one. No box but it looked barely used.

Ah yes, I saw that one. It was weird – that seller originally had it listed under “ballpoint” but then talked about providing 0.7 mm lead. Later, they canceled that listing and then reposted it under “mechanical pencils.” Glad you snagged it!
I just hope that it is a pencil and not a pen lol.
I think you should be OK, since the person cancelled the other listing and then revised the category. Providing 0.7 mm lead would have to mean it’s a pencil!
True.
