SPEAKING OF…. I just received a Geha C4 that I scored for an amazing deal…. The pendulum mechanism is so awesome! If you do not have one then you and everyone else interested needs to find one!!!

@DarkwingDuck was pretty generous with this trade. We all got something good out of it. I continue to be enamored with E Faber’s retro typography on their pencils. I saw a couple of similar models up for auction but the ending time was well past my bedtime. Getting them in a trade is a great way to skip out on sleepless sniper bidding wars! Similar case for the 2 Berol Automatics. The Sailor will be matched to a similarly colored Sailor point-push pen.

@drifand was very generous himself. I LOVE trades, he sees this assortment and is very excited. I see them like I’ve seen them over and over because I have, but in the reverse, the ones I’ve got in their place are a fresh excitement!

That H-1005 clone is really hard to accept in my brain. People asking about fake pencils now have a leg to stand on.

I’ve never held a H-1005, but that ‘W ABC’ doesn’t feel particularly premium. I haven’t opened it up yet though. That 0.5 on the other hand really isn’t that bad, with all brass insides.

Everything but the stickers and the clip stamp appear to match H-1005 at first glance. Can you make a dedicated post about this W ABC / H-1005 clone so that it doesn’t get buried in this ‘on your desk’ chain? This is a very unusual item.

I love the Martin Auto Tech, I’ve never seen one before. But now I want one.
And I’m surprised AND glad to see a Kohinoor 5640 being used. It is one of my grails, so I keep it in a cage instead of letting be used for its’ purpose
