Interesting thing about the box. It has plastic over the windows.
But unlike most, where a sheet of plastic is glued to the inside of the box, this has a plastic film over the entire box, including the windows.

I bought one on a whim. I LOVE it, mine doesn’t have “create sharp” engraved though. I couldn’t believe how quickly I fell in love with it.

A recent Reddit comment about OHTO’s design quirks finally made me get off my butt and do something about a thing that’s been bothering the heck out of me.
Both the no-noc automatic sharp and vi-vic pen have very nice colors on vaguely hourglass bodies, but OHTO being OHTO, they put matte black cones on both when everything else about the design is glossy and shiny as heck.
I dug through my collection and finally found some spare donors that could fit the OHTOs. For the no-noc, a Uni M5-201; and for the vi-vic, a Tikky II ballpoint with throwaway advertising print. Ok, I had to tape up the Tikky cone thicken up the neck a little but it’s reversible.
I like it! OHTO should hire better design developers.
