As the title suggests, anyone heard of these Pentel pencils? I don’t see them in the identification book.

Where did you see/hear of these? There are pencils out there that I have seen, but don’t have a number for.
There were also a bunch that showed up on Yahoo auctions recently that will get added to the book.

I bought a few from Yahoo Japan Auctions.
They are twist erase pencils. Makes me think they were possibly a bridge between the Gomdale 305 and the QE405,

The DQE3 is a Disney twist erase 1 pencil. Here is an auction:
