I actually don’t have this pencil. This is a photo montage I created from an auction listing.
I don’t think the grip is too aggressive. The edges seem to be slightly chamfered.

I’ve seen a couple variations of this specific Sailor mechanical pencil at this point and still don’t know what the actual model number is or why they go for so much
