Did you snag it, Kelvin?

Not me, no way. First time I laid eyes on this.

I am pretty certain I’ve seen the 0.4 LG before. I don’t use 0.4 mm, so I ignored it. So, I’m feeling like it was a production model, just didn’t sell very well.

I’ve never seen a 0.4. I believe I would have noticed the green accent immediately and zoned in on it. Hmm

And of course it sold for peanuts on Mercari

I think there’s something weird going on with most 0.4 tombows from that era. It’s the first time I see that LG 0.4, and the monotech 1000 0.4 is also absurdly rare and expensive compared to the other sizes. I don’t know if a monotech 500 0.4 exists as well.

1988 Tombow catalog, 0.4 written on the display case but not on the product listing.

OH MAH GAHD :exploding_head:

My life will not be complete until I snag one of these.

It’s got the grooved tip, too (which is the earliest/nicest version of the LG tips).

The LG is another that is never mention (seemingly)…

But a 0.4???

It’s BEAUTIFUL…

I dislike the yellow on the 0.3’s so much…. GREEN is just…
