(Though it isn’t worth $140)
You can easily find them in Japan for $30-$40 in excellent condition

How does it compare to Staedtler’s 925 25/35? The grip is very similar

It doesn’t compare at all
The grip isn’t really alike other than looking similar through a picture. Also the body on the Pilot is plastic where the Staedtler isn’t.
The grip is definitely more aggressive on the Staedtler and the balance is different.
The Pilot colored ring cracks on every single one as well, you see it in this picture and you’ll see it on any you ever buy. If you get one that is not cracked, it will soon enough by no fault of yours.
