Uniball Signo Needle gel pen

Is anyone familiar with uniball’s offerings in Asia (other than Japan)? I’m a very happy user of the uniball Signo Needle gel pens (UM-151ND-38) and have always wondered why they aren’t listed on the website of uniball Japan but at e. g. uniball Singapore. A while ago I have bought all available colours (18 if I remember correctly) from an eBay seller and today I have noticed that there are only eight listed at uniball Singapore.

Does anyone know more about this pen and its availability?

I’m not familiar with uniball’s offerings but I remember they are quite common in Hong Kong.
