Can anyone tell me anything about any of these?
Any manufacturing dates? Anything?

Will do
I was able to translate it with my camera and it didn’t say a model name on it

I did the same thing. Nothing to identify it.

Sakura / Tombow ‘Create’ / クリエット collab was between 1971 to early 80s.
Tombow Capper was launched in Nov 1978.
Last picture of 2 Tombows could be SH-500 ‘New Custom’ / ニューカスタム, if the grip has the vertical grooves:

The grips are smooth on them

Well, maybe we can extrapolate from ‘smooth grip’ = ‘Custom’, and ‘grooved’ = ‘New Custom’?

Prices also went up, maybe due to the 1979 oil crisis? The New Custom used to be 300 yen:

Note the lack of a hypen in ‘SH 300’

Definitely

The code on the “custom” is dpc 151.
The code on the new mono graph pencils is dpa 151 and dpb 151
The striped one is dpc152

Are those vertical stripes on the Tombows etched or printed?

These might be separate codes for packaged items. Like how Pentel adds XPP for items sold in stores with separate packs.

XPP would probably be an Orenz pencil (PP####). Usually Pentel just adds an X in front of the model number (if a single pack, multipacks may differ). You can see this in the 2024-2025 Brazil Catalog on page 5.

The above pencils are probably only available in a blister pack, probably to protect the tip.
