For sure! From what I’ve gathered, it seems to coincide with the switch to the clips saying ‘Germany’. According to @Pdunc67 s ‘theory B’ from his rOtring Tikky Timeline, that would’ve happened around 1995. Now I would’ve expected the clip switch (from ‘W. Germany’ to ‘Germany’) not to have lasted that long (1991 as the latest production cycle). But I haven’t seen any old script, ‘Germany’ clips.
