Thanks for sharing
Did he say what year this is?
I’m inclined to believe 1967 thanks to those last pages
Oops
I completely missed that
Thanks
Excellent! Please pass on thanks for this. Does he have many more vintage writing instrument catalogs?
Also, is Damdeok still actively collecting mechanical pencils or did he binge-buy a ton of what he already wanted in short order, then moved onto other things?
Hello.
Currently, Vintage’s catalog has literature on Rotring 600. This is also a preemptive measure for reviewing Rotring 600 in the future.
The writing instruments that I am actively collecting are the first generation products of all vintage writing instruments brands, such as Staedtler 1st generation and Rotring 600 1st generation.
I am particularly interested in European products. And I am searching for Faber-Castell’s exclusive silver-gold ballpoint pen.
The release date of ROTRING 600 is
It was first released in West Germany in 1987, and only one diameter core or core hardness was released.
The diameter core or core hardness released is 0.5MM, and it is currently estimated that it was released only for thin red rings.
502 605 = Black
502 615 = Silver
CATALOG printing is September 1987 in West Germany, and the catalogue printout is stated to be valid from November 1987.
For simplicity I only sent a few pages from the catalog, the full catalog can be downloaded here
And these are photos from him:
