This eraly Venus version of their sales case solved the bump thing by haviing scalloped cardbaord pieces fore and aft in the drawers. This eveidently was too much for the later version. The finish on the “old” one was not that great, but this one still has its “hat”…whcih there was (similar shape) on the later version…but very tough to find one with it..

Yes, that’s exactly what I would want…
Though I like your other Venus POS cases, this one is my style.
I’m a bit away from that purchase though. I’ve decided ultimately I’m looking for a Hamilton cabinet or one very similar.
This one on eBay, I’ve had my eyes on but I can’t swing the purchase for quite a while.
- My wife would need to understand how many pencils I actually have…
- I’d need somewhere to put it…..

#2 might be the easier of the pair…(very nice cabinet…When I stop architecting, I could remodel the flat files I have for drawings with inserts something like that… might encourage to to stop sooner…but that might lead bsck toa version of rreason #1

That second one with the crown top is so pretty! Very nice. I’ve got my eyes on a kohinoor (no crown 2 drawer) that I don’t want to link here but it’s definitely enticing

I can’t argue how perfect it is so comparably his pricing isn’t terrible
But I can’t pay that and he doesn’t want much less
I’ve actually had some good luck locating similar pieces much more cost effectively through Facebook Marketplace.

Nice grab..I passed due to the bottom left drawer face, but still a very cool piece ( says the owner of one…)
I debated for a while on it so I figured I’ll shoot low on the offer
I’ll either use metal or wood to blank the whole bottom to make it look cohesive or I’ll make a drawer, making a drawer will require me to change all of the knobs though
I have no idea how he’s shipping it for so little but that’s not my issue
