The OEM that produced Staedtler <<retro series has used the same base mould to create the Sakura Writetoll. Can interchange any piece inside or outside with your Staedtlers :P.

Same with Niji Grip 350 and Alvin Retrac(something).
loooooool I did the exact same thing. Looks like it’s the same tooling :).
Staedtler Retro were made in Japan…
