The word means ‘‘engraving’’. Aluminum body, brass tip cone, 4mm lead sleeve, there’s ‘‘engravings’’ at the grip for you to place your fingers on.

Finally tried it in person.
There are 5 cut sections instead of 6 that one would assume. As you grip the pen, your fingers sink into the trenches, making the grip feel almost soft despite being aluminum.
The grip position is insanely distant from the tip. Here is it compared to 925 25 and Mono Graph Fine.
