Rotring Tri-Pencil

I (impulse) purchased a NOS rOtring Trio-Pencil (Item No. 14847).
The seller confirmed that the .3, .5 and .7 are Pencils (not 1 w/ 2 pens).

I cannot find any information online - can anyone here tell me something about these pencils? Are they valuable/collectable?

The label on the box appears to be one made and added by a reseller – not a rOtring factory label.
