It tells you, to turn it off, press ‘×’, ‘÷’, ‘ON/C’ at the same time. (Of course, it will automaticly shutdown after several minutes if there’s no operation)

made (yet another) impulse buy - today it was the Shachihata TEZET -
seems to still work! Does anyone know if there are BP refills that fit?
