Platinum MWN-300 W-Knock

Well, this was a bit odd. I had thought that I only had the orange and green. Now putting them all together, I see one is more of a turquoise or teal color. I’m pretty sure there’s a black colorway… but are there any others? Yellow, purple, or more of a cobalt blue?

NOTE: Sorry, I was lazy and forgot to wipe down the pencils so there’s some dust. One of the orange ones had a little bit of use so there are some slight scuffs (which could likely polish out pretty easily). In the 2nd photo, my camera played tricks and made the orange look more red. And what you see is my attempt to color balance it without making it look too washed out. Yeah, the original photo was much more red (to my eyes):

Thanks. So that’s what the blue one looks like. In person does it look like it’s shifted slightly towards purple?

How long ago did you pick them all up?

I’ve had them a little less than a year now.

They’re all leaning toward a pastel-ish hue other than the black.

These were also produced by Platinum Taiwan under various model numbers: MH-100, MH-120, etc. I found a couple on Taiwan-based e-marketplaces many years ago…

There’s a very low res partial scan from the 1985 Japanese catalog:
