Platinum ballpoint refill ID

What keyword do I have to type into buyee to find new production ballpoint pen refills that fit into 70’s Platinum BPs?

This is tricky because the tip appears to be the super slim type. I.e. the opening in the cone might not take most modern refills such as the similarly sized Pilot BRFN-30 or Zebra F07. If you have pens with those two refills, you can take out the refills and try them first. If the tip is really the narrow type, you won’t have any other option except to modify a Schneider 225, which has the right tip size but the wrong length. I used a hobby saw to cut a 225 down to size. This method also applies to many Mitsubishi Uni vintage pens that use the older narrow tip SJ7 (the modern SJ7 has a wider tip that won’t fit).

Yes, it’ the extra thin neck refill. The 225 won’t fit, its tip is the right size, but the tube right behind it is about 0,5 mm too thick.

My current solution is a modified A3 plastic refill: gently shaved the tube with a box cutter for about 1 cm behind the flare of the tip, shortened in the back by about 5 mm and replaced the original spring with a longer one as the stop on the A3 is further back than the expansion of the original refill.
