Looking at them, the Rotring Side-Knock and the Pentel Windom look remarkably alike. Same tip, same connection at the mid-body knock. The endcap is different because of the button for the watch function.
Quick observation after watching the video: since the pocket clip is removable, and has enough length and a shape good enough to act like a coin/screwdriver wedge, one could really say that the pencil itself is indeed a self-sufficient regulator, as by dismantling the clip it becomes possible to adjust the lead feed without recurring to any external tool (possibly, at the risk of damaging, bending, or chipping the clip itself).
Also, always a pleasure to see the Peilkan 60 hanging around, the true grandmother of all body knocks.
