Clickbait title, no i’m not gonna peel it, its the only one I have with a sticker. But I was wondering what is under it, so I’d appreciate a photo if someone has one.
I couldn’t find any image or info on google, just an old post on Reddit that this and the 315 are rare. When was this made? Other colors? Was there a 313 and 319?
That must be my post on reddit where @pearsonified comments that the fixed-sleeve 317 and 315 are rare. I have a 315 without a sticker the same color as your 317.

One issue with these pencils, the bend of the metal strip that will form the clip, seems to the eye percent, the separation between the clip and the plastic body is simply arbitrary.

Are you saying this is same as H-317?
I would go as far as to say it exists predominantly as the H-317. In my experience, more of these have come from North and South America than Asia; that could just be a secondary market thing, though.
