It’s a 1585… no other variant… it’s a shaker
The Pilot H-1094 is what I consider now the best 0.4 MP I can think of; the balance is paramount, and that hyper-extended knurling should in no way be a good solution, but in spite of all premises, it works like a charm.
Also, I found the H-585 a little better than the H-1085 — maybe it’s the balance, or the uniformity in the material — and this is another surprising outcome of the series I did not expect after just perusing pictures.
I’m very curious about the H-584, and I wonder whether it could win over the 1094. I doubt it, but maybe there is a third surprise in the sleeve of this lineup.
