Here is my (updated) video on the Automac. I try to cover its history and took it apart as far as I felt comfortable. Anyway please let me know if you see anything that needs correcting -

The grip can easily be taken apart to show the impressive spring. The clip is removable, although sliding it out is a bit tedious so I left it in place.
Edit: here are my date codes: a clear 1805, some traces that could be compatible with 1803 and a possible 1510 (or 1519 
) so all are in line with your interpretation.

I did notice you mislabeled the Korean pencil though. The pencil is called ‘Provision’ and the company is ‘Morning Glory.’ I think you switched them.
