Pentel Sharplet 300 (need your help w/ a video)

I was recently asked to make a video focusing on the Pentel Sharplet 300.

I’m thinking about starting with a brief look at some early A125 models from my collection to show how the branding evolved over time—from “SHARPentel” to “Sharplet,” and eventually “Sharplet-2.” Do you think that adds helpful context, or does it stray too far off-track for a video centered on the Sharplet 300?

Here is the lineup I plan to cover:

  • Q305 Sharplet 300 (Black, Red, Blue, White — I only have the Black version)

  • Q305P Sharplet 300 Pastel (Green, Pink, Sky Blue, Violet — I don’t own these and will need community photos)

  • Q355 Sharplet 350 Fabric Pencil (Red, Blue — I don’t own these either and will need photos)

Since I only have the black Q305 in hand, I’m hoping the community can help out! If you own any of the missing models above, would you be willing to share a photo? Ideally shot in good, shadow-free lighting against a plain white background (a clean sheet of paper works great). If you submit a photo, please let me know how you’d like to be credited! I’m hoping to start editing soon, so if you have any photos to share, please drop them in by August 5th. Huge thanks to anyone who can lend a hand!

A couple of quick questions for the group:

  1. Am I missing any key models in the Sharplet 300 family that ought to be included? (I originally considered covering all Sharplet models, but the scope is just too vast and I only own a small fraction of them.)

  2. Were any matching ballpoint pens offered alongside the Q305, Q305P, or Q355? If so, does anyone happen to know the model numbers?

  3. Beyond the photos, I’d love to hear your thoughts on these! If there are specific features, internal mechanisms, or subtle design changes you think I should focus on (or call out in the video), please let me know.

Thanks in advance for the help!

RE: A125
I have come to believe that the SHARPentel and the Sharplet are for the Japanese Domestic Market, and the Sharplet-2 was for the Export Market.

RE: Missing Key Models
This was probably a limited edition one, but there was the FQ305 Be Pop.
