Picked these up on a whim… more intrigued by the old style PENTEL branding than anything else. The PS350 - I guess it stands for Pentel Sharp 350? The 350D was listed as a 3500.

These are nice examples. In my opinion they are different generations of the same pencil. D is Pentel’s color code for green. Given that the earliest pencils from Pentel were numbered and the letter prefix designations came later, the PS-350 would be the newer of the two.
Are the tips interchangeable?

Yes, 100% swappable. No discernable difference.
