Here is a preview of a new article for the next version of the Pentel Pencil ID Book, on “Missing” Pencils. These are ones I have seen something about, an ad or a patent, and in one case the pencil is just inferred.

I have a black 0.5 Excalibur (SG5). I’ll upload pictures later today.
This would have to be the early version with the logo stamped into the metal, not the later version with it printed in gold on the barrel.
I probably need to specify that in the article.
Here is a better version. The picture on page 1 is cleaned up and I have small pictures of the pencils mentioned on the SG5 page.

Oops. Yeah, I have the later one, PX22. I even had it labeled as such in my spreadsheet, but I didn’t remember that. Sorry.
