Another Update: The pencil is listed on eBay for $80 or best offer. I will accept $55 plus shipping if it sells via Knokology. I have three of those pencils available in relatively nice condition ($55 each plus shipping) and another two with light dents in the metal end of the cap ($45 each plus shipping) - I am not sure if they are replaceable. I can provide photos tomorrow.
