I was today years old when I realised that the Pentel GraphGear 300 not only came in colours with corresponding lead sizes but also came in multiple lead sizes in the same colour! However - I cannot find a definitive list online. Can anybody tell me which ones I’m missing?

Check out my Pentel Pencil Book for most of them. Then there is also the “Capture” series of PG-Metal 350 in Japan (see bottom).
1 to 11: PG31x GraphGear 300 International series
12 to 17: PG31xS GraphGear 300 Brazilian Sliding Sleeve series
18 to 25: PG31x “Capture” series (see below)
26 to 27: PG31x PG-METAL350 Series
1 to 12: PG31x PG-METAL350 Series
The rest are P365 and GraphGear 800’s.

I just realised… This surely marks my transition from ‘enthusiastic user who buys what he likes to write with and has what he has because it’s used, useful or individually appealing or mechanically interesting’ to ‘I now need one of every colour and every size’… (ie a collector).
Surely I can stop here… should I want to…

You can slow down the madness by creating semi logical rules, like…

You have to expand that rule immediatly or you risk missing all the deep yellows, the rust/terracotta, the iridescent colours with orange highlights…

Yeaahhhh, I used to tell myself I didn’t need 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9 of a particular pencil when it was offered in all those sizes…
And now I have 1800+ pencils

That’s all? Surely your file system will hold more than that?
The Pencil Files™ are only good for displaying about 1500 pieces. The Toolbox™ was good for 1100.
I only have about 1400 display-quality pieces, tho. Lots of extras, cheapies, and sub-par specimens on top of that.
