Thanks to @DarkwingDuck I have a “new” Pentel Pencil. He sold me one of the packaged pencils from Tombow/Sakura Blister Packs - #21 by DarkwingDuck.

great find @DarkwingDuck! I wonder how many more are out there that we haven’t seen?
We have uncovered at least 2 “unknown” Pentels this year, the PS235 and this Unknown Model. Hopefully we will keep finding lesser known models.
Hopefully someone can eventually identify this pencil.
