I would like to show you here what am I adding to the rotring museum - regarding pencils.
Also if you have a suggestion for the next addition would love to discuss it.
Hi, thanks for the update post!
Most people here also collect pens and some of us (Cytherian and myself mostly) are also interested in fountain pens, so if you want to update on any new material to the website, non-mechanical pencils are also of interest.
If you have some time to write (maybe it’s in the website, I’m not sure) I tend to get lost in all of the different rotring variations. So any writeup on what makes a version recognisable/special is very appreciated, or even a comparison image. Kind of like the recent post by @Pdunc67

Thank you for all the updates, @Dux !
As per RPD’s request on the previous post, I’d like to submit a query — one regarding a pen actually — specifically about the rOtring 600 Gold Ballpoint pen: it has the same twist-and-deploy-the-tip mechanism as the old rOtring 600 Gold (and the newer rOtring 800 & 800+), but it is indeed a pen.
What I’m looking for is the product code / item number, to be precise, as I don’t think I ever spotted that model on any of the catalogues I could peruse.
Should you find time and will to dig into it, I would be really happy. If you need pictures, I can take some shots for the archive.
Sure. Thanks.
For generations of 600 pencils there is full guide with descriptions here:

Do you mean old 600 gold ballpoint?
I am sure I can dig out the article number.
Of course…photos are always welcome.
Old 1992 gold 600 ballpoint had and article number R502 634, and 632 for black version
Amazing! I’ll try to take some snapshots, and post them here. I have the black version, so No. R502 632. I find it a very nice item, I really dig its boldness and texture; it writes very sharply and seamlessly, and the notorious tip wobble seems not a relevant issue in this case. One of my favourites, by far.
Take look at completed Esprit double push pencil collection…

That prototpe glossy blue-green on the right is gorgeous! Congratulations!!
Beautiful set of Esprit pencils!
Yes, thanks Kelvin.
Makes me wonder how many other such gems are hidden somewhere.
