Assuming some of them are not standard (the first one doesn’t look like something I’ve seen before), measuring them (in particular the total length, the length of the narrow front part and the diameter of the tip) can help you find a suitable replacement.
Before buying anything, I’d carefully measure the old refill (length, diameter, tip shape) — often a modern “G2”-style ballpoint refill works even if the original is long discontinued. If that fails, some pen-hobbyists have had luck with 3rd-party adapters or trimmed-down refills to bring vintage pens back to life.
