I don’t know much about LION but I believe I’ve seen some models that don’t have their logo engraved or stamped on it. Just some paint on the barrel that can wear off. I’m wondering if this might be a LION.

The grip looks totally off to me, and that’s one reason I suspect this is a bastardized pencil made from disparate parts.
The tip looks like ones used by Pilot and Tombow, and the grooved end cap is a style commonly seen on higher-end hybrids (but especially Pilot, Tombow, and Platinum).
And where’s the clip?
