I believe I have found your pencil according to your description of the shape: [Kuretake MP-77] [kuretake03 2] [kuretake03 3] [kuretake03 4] [kuretake03 5] Kuretake MP-77 - never heard of it before, definitely not a Pilot. Perhaps the same OEM had made it for other labels as well?
