I don’t find the discussion about Newman Drafting 500 anymore (maybe it was in the chat) … I tend to think now I don’t have a Newman Drafting 500; at least not recently bought. And if it was expensive for many years, as @pearsonified knew, it’s unlikely I spent that much for a 500JPY pencil.

Faber-Castell 9509. One of the first FC fine lead pencils (or the first?). I spent more than I usually do on simple plastic pencils, because I think a boxed and NOS one is rare. In front there is a “Technograph” pencil with unknown origin. I bought it in the same hawl because it’s a Staedtler Mars-770 clone.
