I haven’t seen this particular piece before, but it’s clearly from the heavy silkscreening era. Quite a few BOXY pieces are similar to this—especially the TransAm series—but this one appears to carry the standard Mitsubishi branding.
This colorway is unique enough that it would stand out anywhere. It’s a cool piece!

Yeah, the overall physical profile, clip design, cap collar and nose cone look very familiar. Mitsubishi must’ve used it for a number of silkscreened variants. Do you have any in your collection?
I have quite a few pieces like this. Some are BOXY while others are Mitsubishi; the Mitsubishi pieces are part of their “For Writing” initiative. They also had a few themed releases based around words, locations, and romance (lol).

These are PROLIFIC right next to the older uni5-500 family that comes with a plastic button.
