No, the addon takes the original resolution images from inside the listing. If you were to simply zoom in, you only enlarge the thumbnail images, which are smaller versions of the original images. You are able to see higher resolution images without clicking on every article. It also makes it possible to quickly glance at more items at once since they are all still smaller. It just speeds up the process..
