My friend Dux (of https://rotringmuseum.com/) and I often collaborate — Dux scored this group of 2mm MPs. They have a Milano factory look to them. In the 1970s and 80s rotring managed a factory in Milano Italy that manufactured mechanical pencils for the Koh-i-noor USA brand. There was also a design studio in Milano that designed the pencils. I suspect these came from that factory (they just have that flavor to them). Has anyone seen this type before? Or have any information about them. Catalogs from the 1970s are very hard to find and mostly only show technical pens and compasses.

I dug through it earlier and there are very few references to Rotring, and I didn’t see any others that were close enough, at least to my eyes.
