Know of any other old blogs?

I just finished reading through Monogusa Museum’s blog that @drifand recently shared, and it got me wondering, are there any other old blogs, Japanese or otherwise, out there that are worth perusing? It was fascinating reading through Monogusa’s. There was a lot of really interesting information and some great photos.

Please confirm you have been through @Kiwi-d’s Dave’s Mechanical Pencils blog.

Oh yeah, absolutely. That was my first source before finding out about Knockology.

Monogusa was my first as well. Excellent site. Takes a little while to get used to the navigation. And searching requires Kanji.

There’s a Korean site by @cuirassier. Lots of legendary pencils covered.

And of course there’s the Reddit sub.

Not just pencils, but stationery in general. George Fox passed away a few years ago.

“Unofficial rOtring” has been a bit of a meteoric event in the blogosphere, but the posts and the images remain stunning. A pity that it is not active anymore. https://unofficialrotring.wordpress.com

It’s a shame that his wife never updated his blog. You see that May 2022 posting and there’s nothing about what happened to George.

Do I remember right that you knew George, maybe even met him at some point? Do you know what happened to his massive collection?

I believe his wife died shortly before he did.
