I have zero interest in having one for anything close to the numbers they’re asking on mercari. Hopefully you found on the lower side of those amounts.
Some early birds on X are commenting on the ‘new style’ construction of the button, which appears to have reduced the amount of metal used for the collar, leading to a (relatively) loose button fit.

It’s very disappointing that they’re being listed for so much.
