The absolutely enormous range of color combinations made by Pentel for the SMASH is overwhelming. And they just keep churning out more. Riley speculates there’s about 200 at this point! As I started picking up a few, it dawned on me that I’d not want to go down that rabbit hole. So, I just focused on a few that caught my eye. I love the orange (copper?) black combo the most (have it in 0.3 and 0.5) . And also the black & white “stormtrooper.” The red vermillion one is pretty nice too. Anyway, I will probably pick up a few more, but for now I think this is it.

I’ve avoided the itch to collect them as well.
I’ve had a handful here and there over the years. The all gold metallic one was by far my favorite. It was so goudy it was cool.

Yeah, that’s a beauty. I also like the gold/silver combo. Is it a fingerprint magnet, though?

Around late 2018. By the time of the 2019 Smash Revival series with the reintroduction of the 0.3, it was already gone.
