Frankenspoke - Spoke upgrades by IJ Instruments

Here are some better pictures of IJ instruments upgrades to my Spoke pencils.
Top and bottom ones have an adapter bushing that allows me to use Orenz internals, and also has custom made lead hardness indicators.

When you knock that 5 prototype with that custom eraser cover does it hit the body? Wondering if there’s enough travel.

Is that a 5? I picked it up on eBay and he had it listed as a 6 prototype.

Dr. Wilson made it with just enough to spare.

Do it stop because it hits the sleeve or does it stop at the threshold of its knock?

At the threshold. It’s hard to see in the picture but there is a tiny gap

Thank you. I’m using a cheap lightbox that I picked up on AliExpress for less than $10 including shipping. And I’m diffusing the light as you suggested. At the front of the lightbox I have one of those selfie rings, but turned down about half way, just about enough to address the shadows, but not enough to cause a glare.
I am experimenting with adding natural light, but I still get a lot of glare. I am also still using my phone to take the pictures, as I seem to have misplaced my camera :thinking:
