I have an Ohto SP-20. When I press to advance the lead, the whole cone pops done and the blue rectangle in the pocket clip turns red. Is there an easy fix for this? Thanks for any help!

Looks like the brass(?) front-end insert with threads for the cone has separated from the main tube. Most likely the original glue had dried out and detached. I would unscrew the cone and fully remove the mechanism to see if there are any remnants of glue on the brass piece or the inner walls of the tube, and clear those out if possible before applying a 2-part epoxy to reattach. Be very careful not to apply epoxy too thickly as it might expand and crack the main tube as it cures.
