Price is only one parameter it estimates. It also estimates the average time it takes for the sale to complete, how many will consider buying it, who will eventually buy it, the actual final price, the likely back and forth negotiation that will take place, and so on.
You need to let @pearsonified run it through his embedded AI! Or just check with Al! (Al…as in AlIen! Not you DWD! This AlIen is spelled with just one “l” and one “I”!)

Hallo there @BicCristal , I wish you as well all the best for your next endeavours and adventures; I’d be very happy to relieve you from the burden of this entire lot, but I’m currently unable to afford the price for its entirety, nor I would have the space and time to accommodate all the pieces and take good care of them. I wholeheartedly hope you will be able to liquidate the asset the way you want.
[Still — and please do not get me wrong — if you or the future owner of the lot will be at any time willing to split it into smaller chunks, or will have the immense patience to let go single items at fair prices, there are specimens in your selection I would be curious to test (first and foremost, the Staedtler 925-95-05, the Pilot H-2105, the Tombow Monotech 1000 in 0.5, the Meister and the Zebra Arbez), so I leave this “message in a bottle” here for future reference.
Also, I know that shipping to Europe is a hot mess right now, so I am more than open to waiting for other items to accrue on that part of the ocean, and have a single, bigger parcel shipped to me in the foreseeable future. Just saying, in case some sort of “group buying” emerges, and the collective efforts of this community manage to help you dealing with the succession in your collection ownership.]
I once again admire your selection and impeccable taste in picking true masterpieces and actually effective tools: as you said it better than me, all those hours on websites and platforms proved to be ultimately worthy.

The pencils you listed are some of my favorites. It’s a shame the Monotech 1000 in particular can be tough to find in good shape, because for me it’s tied with the Draft/Matic for best plastic-barreled, knurled Grip “workhorse” economical drafting pencil. I’d own a lot more if they were easier to find lol.
Looks like there’s a stickered 0.5mm Monotech on Mercari for a decent price.

I agree, the Draftech and the 7 Zebra M1001 are what I would pick if it were split up…. @BicCristal it sounds to me like if you can find time to ship 5-6 packages, you’ll have about half of this gone in one day if you time it right!

The Draftec/Graphic Retracs are pretty special. I think @Amjacobs7 has a 0.3mm, and I know a set of 4 sold on Ebay 4+ years ago, but those might be the only ones that’ve ever been documented on the internet.
There’s a story somewhere on these. I’m a massive Alvin fan and have thought about getting in contact with the surviving family to see if they have any records of Japanese white label/ test model agreements from the 80’s/90’s to figure out just exactly what their story is (as well as for the Draft/Matic) before all that info is lost. Alas, never had the time.
They’re just weird, and that coupled with how rare they are is why I have a hunch they’re a test model. They’re a double knock with side-button retraction, but only the lead sleeve extends/retracts. I can’t think of another double knock that’s like that.
